Firewooks

This past week, we spent our 4th out at my parents house in Texas. We love the fourth in Terrell since we can shoot fireworks off on their property. I was a little apprehensive about how Dean would react to the "firewooks" but she did great! She did, however, add the word "scawwy" (scary) to her vocabulary which surprised me.

The morning of the 4th, my family went to a little parade in the downtown square of Kaufman. Dean LOVED it!!

Then we headed back to the house to hang out and swim. So fun!











Got to meet my cousin's sweet new baby boy, Finnley. So precious.



Why, oh why, does my kid hate clothes so much!? I can't even keep a diaper on her at this point.
