Summer Entertainment

This summer has turned out to a busy but fun one! I didn't think we had all that much planned but the days have been flying by since I'm constantly trying to keep Dean entertained.

So that means...

Lots of pool time. She has even started going underwater by herself and kicking her feet. I am almost certain she will be swimming on her own by next summer at the latest. She loves the water! Just like her momma.

Fun with friends at the zoo (Grayson and Paxton):




Playing in the car where she can push buttons and rearrange everything in it. It's one of Dean's favorite things to do. She would stay in it all day if I'd let her:






Going to the library. Funny story. She was at this computer and picked up the mouse and held it to her ear. She thought it was a phone! She had no clue what it was! My how technology has changed.




Lots of time spent holding our next door neighbor's new baby, Sadie. I actually teared up when she held her the first time. She was SO gentle and sweet to her. She kissed her, held her head up, and even started singing "Rocky Baby" (Rockabye Baby) while rocking her back and forth. It was precious. My little mommy in the making.










Getting a new haircut. It's pretty short! Still trying to get used to it. It's better than the Billy Ray Cyrus thing she had going on, that's for sure.
